How do I sign in?

Open CloudCycle and tap "Sign In" on the welcome screen. Enter the email associated with your CloudCycle account. You will receive a verification code via email to complete the sign-in.

I didn't receive the verification code

Please check your spam or junk folder. If the code still hasn't arrived, contact [email protected] with your account email address and we will assist you.

The Connect button doesn't work

First, make sure you allowed CloudCycle to add a VPN configuration when prompted by iOS. You can verify this in iOS Settings → General → VPN & Device Management. If the issue persists, try selecting a different server from the server list.

How do I select a different server?

On the main screen, tap the server card below the Connect button to see all available servers. Tap any server to select it as your preferred endpoint.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, sign in, tap the gear icon to enter Settings, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete Account". After confirming, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

Does the app collect my browsing data?

No. CloudCycle does not log, monitor, or store your network traffic, browsing history, or DNS queries. Please see our Privacy Policy for complete details on what data we collect and how it is used.

What encryption does the app use?

CloudCycle uses AES-256 encryption for the network tunnel and industry-standard TLS for backend communication.
