CloudCycle provides a network connectivity utility that establishes encrypted network tunnels. By using the application, you agree to these Terms of Service.
The service is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to maintain stability and availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance windows and temporary disruptions may occur.
The service may not be used for any unlawful purposes, distribution of malicious software, attacks against third-party resources, copyright infringement, or any activity prohibited by the laws of the user's country of residence or the country where servers are located.
Access may be suspended or terminated without prior notice if violations of these Terms are detected.
We do not log user traffic, do not track visited resources, and do not share data with third parties. For details, please see our Privacy Policy.
The app does not require an account. To delete all data associated with your device identifier, contact [email protected] and include the Device ID shown on the Account screen in the app. Upon deletion, all associated data is permanently removed from our servers.
We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use or inability to use the service. The total liability under these Terms is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. The current version is always available at this URL. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
